The West preparatory Junior Public School is an excellent example of designing on minimal budget. The project was featured in Azure Magazine by Elizabeth Pagliacolo.

The architects responded to the brief with something beyond the usual. While their addition almost seamlessly continues the brick facade of the existing building, it incorporates an irregular pattern of windows animated with swaths of coloured film.
